What is Kinesiology?
Kinesiology is an effective tool for removing blocks, thereby returning flow to stagnant areas and rejuvenating your life so you can live to your full potential.
Kinesiology uses muscle testing to determine what is blocking you – even if it’s hidden deep in the subconscious. Muscle testing is a wonderful way to return to a state of wholeness and flow.
A connection exists between the tension in your muscles and the energy flow in your meridians, your feelings, your emotions and the biological functions in your body. This is why muscle testing can be used to access a person’s energetic system.
How does Kinesiology via Skype or Zoom work?
In a remote Kinesiology session, I will muscle test on myself – on your behalf. This is called surrogate-testing and it has been practiced for years on people (like babies and small children) who can’t be tested themselves. It is just as effective for me as testing in person.
How long will it take for a session to work?
This depends on the complexity of the situation. The shift is complete by the end of the session but quite often it takes some time for all the energetic layers to untangle and re-align so that the actual core of an issue can be resolved. (Often what seems to be the issue at hand is, in fact, not the source of the problem, which can be found somewhere else.) I love to watch all the unfolding that takes place after a session; usually that happens in many different areas of my life and at several different levels.
How can I expect to see results?
Kinesiology is a form of energy work. The immeadiate shifts that happen during a session are not always within our conscious awareness (they may very well be recognisable to you if you are very aware of yourself). You will be able to observe over the hours, days and weeks that follow what happens in your life as a result of that energetic shift.
Which issues can Kinesiology help with?
Kinesiology is very effective when you feel stuck in any area of your life. It is the most effective tool I have experienced when it comes to working with fears, worry or self-doubt.
How do I prepare for a Kinesiology session?
To make the session as effective as possible, I suggest that you find a place where you can sit comfortably and where you won’t be interrupted. Close all the other tabs on your computer and switch off your phone.
Have a glass of water with you, as well as something to write down notes or homework.
When you book in, you’ll be sent a questionnaire. Your answers to those questions will help me prepare for our session together.
After the session, it would be great to take some time to yourself or be with people with whom you enjoy spending time. It is best to not go directly into a very stressful situation right after a Kinesiology session.
